The month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and it’s a month that means a lot to the Anne Klein family. Our founder, Anne Klein herself, unfortunately passed away at the age of 50 due to breast cancer. 

Because this is a month that hits so close to home for us, we’re taking a few initiatives to spread awareness and do our part to help stop this terrible disease.

A donation to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation

For the second year in a row, Anne Klein will be donating $10,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. We greatly admire the noble work that the BCRF is doing to prevent and cure breast cancer, and we are happy to provide a contribution to them to help them continue this work.

Optional Donations For Purchases From Anne Klein

You can help too. For the month of October, we’ll be accepting optional donations for online orders directly from our website. We’re certainly not forcing anyone to donate, but even a few extra dollars can go a long way. $50 funds 1 hour of breast cancer research.

A Line of All Pink Products

Pink has come to be known as the color associated with breast cancer research and awareness. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Anne Klein is going to produce a collection of items in all pink to help spread awareness of the disease.

Breast cancer has unfortunately affected the lives of millions of people around the globe, including the Anne Klein family. 

Since we’ve been directly affected by this horrible disease, we want to promote awareness and provide our yearly contribution to help put an end to it.
