In our efforts to reduce plastic waste Anne Klein has partnered with #Tide to create a line of watches manufactured with ocean bound plastic.

Change is needed.

Our oceans desperately need our help. Over 8 million tons of plastic waste enters our oceans every year and 80% of this comes from the land.

If we continue to do nothing to stop it, by 2050 there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish.

Cleaning up the ocean one watch at a time

In partnership with #Tide, Anne Klein is committed to help stop the flow of ocean bound plastic waste from entering our precious oceans, aiding in the reduction of waterway pollution and helping make seas safer for marine life.

#Tide partners with local entrepreneurs to collect ocean bound plastic waste in developing countries that lack waste management infrastructure. The extracted plastic waste is recycled into pellets and used to make our collection of watches.

#Tide aims to turn off the tap on ocean plastic and improve lives in collector communities by boosting incomes and incentivizing the permanent removal of plastic waste from the local environment.

The ocean is everyone’s responsibility, so join us in our journey and help clean up the ocean one watch at a time.
