Later in the morning, Olivia stands under bright stage lights wearing a sleek black leather dress and sunglasses. She confidently directs the lighting crew on how to angle the lights over her shoulder and boost the brightness before stopping to take a glamorous selfie on her phone.
By midday, Olivia holds open a heavy blue soundstage door to discuss set construction details, insisting that maple veneer won't work. She rummages through her tote bag to pull out a small note, confirming that the proper material should be walnut.
Early in the afternoon, Olivia sits back inside her car wearing glasses, venting to herself about the endless notes and chaotic demands of the shoot while crew members can be heard over the radio searching for a missing pair of shoes. She picks up her walkie-talkie to ask if she should remove her glasses for the shot. Shortly after, she walks across the studio lot in a black coat and heels, speaking on the phone to her agent, Jeff, emphasizing that no matter what the pay is, she needs to keep the shoes.
Mid-afternoon in the wardrobe trailer, a styling assistant adjusts Olivia's jewelry as they swap gossip about group chat drama and wrong auditions. As evening approaches, Olivia stands on set under dramatic lighting in a sequined black dress, delivering an emotional, tearful performance. The assistant director calls cut, and Olivia checks her makeup with a cotton pad, jokingly asking if someone can call her ex-boyfriend if the acting gig doesn't work out. She goes again for another take, striking a pose that earns praise from the crew. The director officially wraps the shoot, and Olivia claps along with the crew while sipping an iced drink.
As the day ends, Olivia leaves the soundstage dressed in a tailored grey suit, speaking on the phone with her agent to report that she nailed her line. Taking a second call on her mobile, she speaks with the styling assistant, who mentions that the shoes she arrived in are still in wardrobe and that a pair of sample shoes is missing. Playing totally oblivious, Olivia calls it weird, starts her car, and drives off. The camera pans to her passenger seat, revealing the missing pair of bright red Anne Klein patent leather heels sitting right beside her as walkie chatter continues to search for them in vain.
