Not only is my watch beautiful with a great weight to it and impressive fit, but the company has been an absolute pleasure to talk with. I noticed some unusual tarnishing on my relatively new watch and assume it was just some manufacturing oversight/error. I reached out to Anne Klein and received an email response rather quickly apologizing for the issue and telling me to send my watch in for them to repair. Anne Klein not only repaired the band to look perfect, but it also looks like from the invoice that they replaced my battery!
