Yes, tools are included with all furniture pieces that require assembly.
We take every possible measure before shipment to get the item delivered safely. If damage happens beyond control but is repairable we have a team of repair professionals across the country that will come to your home to repair. If the item is not fixable we will ship a new unit to you. No matter what furniture orders must be accepted upon delivery. If an order is returned to us because of refused delivery we will charge the appropriate return cost and deduct from refund.
Step 1: Document any concealed damages with photos and note the damage on the POD before signing, ie, box has been tampered with.
Step 2: Document any unconcealed damages with photos, i.e., chipped, dented or scratched items.

Yes, you can add a 2 or 3 year Mulberry Protection Plan to any furniture order.

No, furniture and rugs do not qualify for free shipping.
Anneklien.com ships to all 50 states including U.S. Territories provided that it is a physical address. We do not ship to PO Box, or APO/FPO or Internationally currently. (APO military address + FPO Fleet Post Off which is also associated with military.)
You can expect your furniture to be delivered in 7-10 business days after you receive an order confirmation. We currently only ship furniture with standard shipping.
Yes, a signature is required at the time of delivery. Once the order arrives at the last terminal, the shipping company will contact you and arrange an appointment date.
