Yes, all Anne Klein watches are nickel-free.

How can I tell if my watch is water-resistant?

All watches are splash-resistant, unless otherwise stated. If a watch is water-resistant, the water-resistance (in feet) will be indicated on the back of the watch case.

How can I find the style number of my watch?

The style # is located on the back of the watch case and begins with “AK/----" .

Can I get extra links?

Yes, the first three links are free of charge as an accommodation. Please email us at watches@anneklein.com or call toll free # (866) 631-0342 and we will be happy to send you extra links. We ask that you kindly provide the model number located on the back of your watch “AK/----", to ensure the correct links are sent.

How long will my watch battery last?

Your watch battery is designed to last between 18 to 24 months.

How do I get my watch battery replaced?

Please take your watch to a qualified local watch repair center or jeweler to have the battery replaced. It is very important that a battery is replaced by an experienced professional who can properly seal the back of the watch to prevent damage to the movement.

How can I confirm the authenticity of my watch?

We encourage you to purchase your watch from a reputable retailer. Carefully examine the casing, the engraving, the face, and the markings, and look for any inconsistencies. Contact the manufacturer if you still have questions.

How can I add or remove a link on my jewelry clasp bracelet watch?

How to adjust a jewelry clasp bracelet watch: Styles with a jewelry clasp closure come with an additional link included on the bracelet. This link may be easily removed or added back on with no tool needed. Open the clasp and slide through the opening in the link. To secure the link, snap in place.

How can I adjust the buckle on my mesh bracelet watch?

How to adjust a sliding buckle closure: Open the top clasp on the buckle. Place a flat head screwdriver or a spring bar tool in the square slot, lifting this piece up to open. Slide the buckle along the strap to adjust as needed. Make sure the buckle is set in one of the grooves on the back of the band. Push down on the piece with the square slot to close.
